OVERVIEW

Former Knicks star Amar'e Stoudemire has moved to Jerusalem where he is now the star player for (and co-owner of) HaPoel Jerusalem — the nation's top team. Much of this has to do with Stoudemire's affection for Israel and Judaism; he claims to be a Hebrew Israelite, which is a sect of Messianic Jews.
